My lease is up October 7, 2017.. It is now Aug 01, 2017... If I am to give a 60 day notice if I am leaving... when do I know what my options are.. I am NOT getting anyplace with that dysfunctional Manager and leasing agent here. HELP They refuse to address the issue. I was in that office 3-4 times and given 'I don't know' waiting on corporate to give them the renewal' I also emailed them 3 days in a row waiting for them to email me back.. She won't do that either.... What is going on... When do the renewal information get sent out if my lease is up Oct. 7, San Carlos... I want an answer from Corporate NOT Angie at San Carlos.. I can't believe with all the bad comments that get listed about her, she is STILL the manager. Word on the street... My rent is going up $200.00 a month.. UNBELIEVABLE

Christina's review really sums it up 'they are tricky.' Cost $4000 to cancel lease after 1 day, never moved in---bottom line, read the contract carefully and if you don't get one, as I did not, don't really on a typical 3-day grace period, helpful staff, or waiving of fee's for past and future residency. Treat people like you would want to be treated.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They do not care about the people who live on their properties, all they care about is making a huge profit. The parking situation is terrible. Pretty sure they're selling more parking spaces than they have available because people are always parked where they're not supposed to be. Any time we've had a problem they have not helped at all. They want us to move to a less convenient spot instead of taking care of the issue of illegally parked cars in their garage. Someone hit our car so they said we would have to pay for it through our own insurance, then backtracked and said we will hear from their insurance company about it. Sometimes we can't even get into our car in the parking spot that we pay for because the spot next to us is so small that all the people who illegally park there have to park over the line. It is the exact same size as the ones directly above and below it, which are both painted as nonparking zones, but when confronted they have NO reason why this one is not the same. They are an awful company. Do not lease on their properties and do not do business with them.

I've been on one of there properties for about 6 months and in that time frame, just about everyone in the office as turned over 1-2 times. I have a two bedroom that doesn't have doors and was promised doors and now they want to charge me $800 a door for the bedrooms. They are always finding some way to sneak in a fee because the last manager cheated the books. I've met several neighbors that have had extra fees that couldn't be explained as well. As one review said the employees are very sneaky.
