I was overcharged. The statement says he worked for me ?? hours. I added up what he had written down for the hours he worked each day...it added up to be 1 hour less. That is $120.00 he fraudulently took as payment.... I lost my custody case.????

Kurt James is an amazing lawyer! You will not regret hiring him. For one, he annihilated my wife’s lawyer in court, but he also taught me so much about the law, and what I needed to do (and not do) in order to win primary custody of my son. At the time, I was extremely angry and scared of losing my son, but he was able to make me understand that I needed to forget what happened between my wife and I, and I instead needed to focus on what’s best for my child.

He is a great and caring lawyer.

AVOID this lawyer!!! Basically robbed a single mother. Took my money and ran, did nothing for me and never returned money, emails, etc. Needs disbarred.

The worst. Unethical. As stated by another -- he is currently getting his hand slapped by the ABA. He should be disbarred. DISGRACE. FFF!!!
