Would Not recommend this firm for land, grand deed, Real estate. The firm appointed 2 attorney’s both Interpreted the law as they saw fit. They fired the first attorney for giving us bad legal advice, the second attorney was worse than the first. Salinas branch and King City branch have the same demeanor. [For a grand deed case. The owner of the land must give neighbors a limited grant deed. If the own agree to the terms. You can avoid a lawsuit] You have to do all work for your case, firm is really lazy. My attorney stated he knows theirs is No California law that will assist in my case. Currently looking for a new attorney for a: Contempt of court case. Their’s a code of conduct they follow. Malpractice insurance claim starts at 100k to 1 million max.
Do not go here, the secretary wanted me to do the ground work for them with my solid evidence. The secretary claimed she responded to the lawyers via text, email, or phone and expected me to leave a voicemail for their paralegal? Absolutely unprofessional.
