They have recently renovated their office, and it looks incredibly stylish and beautiful. The waiting area is very comfortable with cozy chairs, making it easy to relax if you arrive early. ?????? The front desk is very welcoming, and being on the ground floor adds to the convenience. Caplan Law Group boasts a team of professional attorneys, so during closing, you can ask questions directly to an attorney, not just a notary. This provides a higher level of knowledge and responsibility, which is invaluable. ?????????????? Reliability and professionalism are top-notch here. LT Caplan, the owner and an attorney, is extremely responsible and ensures that every client is taken care of and everything is handled professionally. ???? I’d like to share a specific story to highlight their dedication. A while ago, one of my clients from another state was late for the closing due to traffic. It was a Friday, and she couldn’t stay until Monday. Even though she arrived at 7 p.m., LT personally stayed late to make sure we closed that day. Mr. Ian Cummings made the closing process on our house very simple. He took the time to thoroughly explain what we were signing which made it that much easier for us. I just wanted to take a moment to give praise to Valerie Brooks at Caplan. She has coordinated many transactions for me and she is nothing short of amazing. Processing was very quick, but speed at the expense of accuracy does not impress. I had to watch documents closely ask for corrections, and even then I missed certain closing costs assigned to Seller although in the Sales Contract the Buyer agreed to pay ALL closing costs. This had to be addressed post-settlement between the parties. I would only recommend this service based on speed to closure.

Mr. Ian Cummings was in our corner every step of the way when drawing up a new deed. I never had to deal with a lawyer before and I had so many questions, but Mr. Cummings was very patient, understanding, and helpful. At no point did it feel like he didn't have our best interest in mind. He was always quickly available either by phone or in person whenever a new issue arose, and he adapted to every curve ball. I will be coming back to Caplan because of him. He took care of my family and me.
