Jesus Christ! No wonder these people have low rating. We asked in Spanish to get legal assistance in regards to a problem and the lady told my family member that they were going to contact him today since their attorney wasn't available at the moment. Concerned for the time after couple hours we call and now this lady who speaks English with a annoyed tone tells us that they told him they were going to contact him "tomorrow". When in fact they never said that. If they can't get their dates or wordings straight then it concerns me if they can actually practice law, and this is coming from a student who is currently studying law, psychology and criminology. Good luck with these people.
Have you ever come across the lawyer who signs a document instead of you and does not even tell you that this document exists? That's your chance to meet one. I found out about this document when an opposing attorney was doing a deposition and showed it to me on a Zoom screen with a question: "Is that your signature?" with James sitting next to me kicking me under the desk nodding his head, meaning: "Say Yes!" I've never felt more ashamed in my life. Leave alone the expenses to hire writing experts to have a legal proof of his forgery.
Contracts let you know how a relationship will end. James Tenner was right on and he helped to ensure our rights were not violated by the other sides fancy language. He was very helpful in my contract negotiation making sure that a few got you clauses were altered such that it was more fair. It covered our butts when the other side tried to renege on the deal we were able mitigate our losses.
Thanks God For James Tenner. He totally helped me with my litigation of an unfair situation and got me better than the results I was hoping for. I totally suggest this firm. A+++ Thanks Guys. Very helpful staff too. They always called me back. I don't know about the other negative reviews, they probably had unwinnable cases or unreasonable expectations. He probably told them they didn't have a case and they got bitter about it.
Everything that the others have said here is true. This guy is a con artist. We paid him $2k for putting together a simple contract, and as soon as he got paid he disappeared, never completing his part of the deal. Left him multiple messages a day, every day for several weeks, and finally let it go. STAY AWAY!
