Very Disappointed in the staffs behavior, my fiancxe9 and I Were potential clients, we made Several calls to the office, with every call an appointment was made for the attorney to give us a call ,however after not receiving a call for 3 weeks Straight from Anyone in the office we decided to follow up, we First spoke to Amy, we asked if someone could please follow up and we informed her We would follow up if We didn't hear anything by the end of the day, interestingly when we tried to call back our number was blocked, therefore we had to call back again but this time in private so the call could go through, we then spoke to Tracy, tracy was very rude, sad to say after just wanting a simple call from this office and not receiving any call back we have decided to try elsewhere.
