I have been having issues still with Xfinity but I just got a small check for a settlement with Xfinity. It's going towards to bogus bill they left me with but I am glad this money came at a time I needed it. I have an issue with my apartment complex, several tenants have been wanting to do a class action lawsuit but I am disabled and can't afford a lawyer. They killed my dog by negligence due to a ammonia smelling leak from an old shoool Hotpoint refrigerator. Found out those have so many hazards when I did a little research. Manager wouldn't let maintenance remove it for over 3 weeks which caused me to lose 30 pounds, attacked my immune system and got sores and infections in my eyes now causing partial blindness. I have records of me and the dog. It was too much for her and she started convulsing. I have major PTSD because that was my mom's dog and my mom died so that dog was my everything. The lady nextdoor was pregnant and told them she smelled it coming into her unit it was so bad! Being disabled I couldn't move the fridge and they finally did 3 weeks later when I called poison control and was told to vacate immediately. They knew my next call was code enforcement. They refuse to negotiate on rent and we paid rent every single month for 10 years and have no violations or complaints. The manager did super illegal stuff with our lease and other people's lease that financially screwed us. Many people were evicted because the manager would charge them for one of her friends deposits and then evict the tenant!! She stuck us with 3,000 deposit for a unit we were supposed to transfer to because of the leak and instead gave it to a family member and we got stuck paying their deposit when the manager left and she couldn't keep wiping it off the records for us to see. We have gone through hell and I wish this company did stuff like this because it's a fat winable case with many victims. I even have maintenance backing us up because he was forced to do things by the manager at the time he didn't want to do but didn't want to lose his job. The previous manager her felon son was our "security" patrol and ended up going to prison for stabbing someone. This manager had a gun on her desk at times to intimidate people. I have so much evidence I have collected it's ridiculous. I always emailed for everything and have a huge pot of gold now but can't afford a lawyer. Part of the depression is feeling defeated because I can't get justice for my mom's dog or myself
This law firm made the entire process of a settlement claim so unbelievably simple! If not for their help, I would have zero knowledge of any wrongdoing at all, let alone being entitled to compensation for it. They did all the legwork, and FAST! I just had to complete a simple form, and it was a short time frame between that and actually receiving the funds. On November 25, I got an email with an exact dollar amount and a prompt to select my preferred payment method. There were a variety of options to choose from, including direct deposit and gift cards; It was so convenient to have some control over the time and manner in which I received the compensation. Two days later, I woke up to see the money posted to my account. I received a surprise $400 deposit right before Christmas!???????? The team at Labaton deserves a huge thank you!

They allow EA to steal my information based on the fact I'm going bankrupt. They are nothing but thieves and I hope they get brought to justice. They think they're above the law and they need to be brought back down to earth.
Had a case for over a year with no contact. Finally, I emailed in October 2024 to check status. Just received an email 2 days ago.. .2 months for a response. Nothing more than a number with this firm. After reading the reviews I'm considering contact the NY Bar to inquire about any official complaints against this firm.
