My personal experience was with Mallory. She is kind and very caring while maintaining her professionalism. She takes care of whatever need I've called about and makes careful notes if she needed to give them to her superior. I give Laborde Earles 5 stars because they are working diligently to win my case.

I have had nothing but excellent service with this firm, they keep me updated on my case, are easy to get ahold of and my paralegal Mallory Marsh goes above and beyond for myself and my mother, she’s kind caring and truly concerned about us and regularly checks in to see how we are doing. After receiving a call from Mallory Marsh, a paralegal at Laborde Earles, I found that my medical records had been purged from my doctor's records and the hospital. I needed to find a way to verify I had filled my prescriptions of OxyContin. Mallory provided potential avenues for me to pursue while she used her sources through the firm. In the process of Mallory's calls, I would talk about how I started taking OxyContin and the effects it had on my life. Many times we were on the phone searching everything, she was relentless. After hitting many dead ends, coming to the realization I was only able to prove one prescription filled, Mallory reminded me that I had talked about filing a work comp claim. Just like that we were off and running again. Ultimately found my whole records file sitting in a dusty archive. Point is that Mallory paid attention to me, listened to what I had to say, even to my rambling rants. Because of that, she found the key to unlock my case. There are law firms nearly beyond counting. I signed up with Jeanne Laborde and her paralegal Debbie Pitre on a Monday after an accident on Saturday. Mrs. Jeanne was so patient with me as this is my first MVA. She called Debbie and they immediately started working on my case, got me in to see a Dr. and scheduled MRI's the very next day.
