Lachman & Gorton

I reached out on 3 different occasions, for any information on SSI and trust's. No one seemed to care enough to even discuss or return my phone calls. Maybe Lachman and Gorton hasn't heard about an "Able Account?" It took 5 minutes to explain, and is the answer I was looking for. As for the wonderful people from a different law firm, l sincerely say "thank you for being there" There are still decent folks that care about others! Merry Christmas

They're assisting me with my disability claims. They've really only corresponded with pre-written letters. It would be nice if they were a tad more hands on but they're busy with many cases and most disability claims can be handled through the mail. I called the other day to inquire about some paperwork and the lady who answered the phone was very impatient and rude. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences. Her tone sounded like I had given her some great annoyance with my presence. I don't expect employees to be happy but wow, I felt like she would rather be seasick than to talk to me. I hope she was just having a bad day and cheers up soon...
