They will receive payment on your behalf and give you a small portion of your settlement winnings with no statement about anything. I'm debating if I should file another lawsuit against them. Be aware that they will also change your representation to a transgender individual.

Kevin Lafky lost every motion for us. Had opposing counsel garnish our bank account for their attorney fees, and Kevin Lafky stated "sorry about that, I did not give you the heads up. usually when judgements go against us, they wait until arbitration to garnish wages, so if we win, they don't have to pay the money back". These Attorneys that had credibility in the past, suck with their current track records and reviews of today.

They never return phone calls. Make an appointment just to make an appointment. Canceled, postpone and reschedule till the statute of limitations expire and they still collect money regardless of our outcome. This is why we say lawyers are vultures
