I have used Andre and his firm back in 2006, and again recently in 2019 in a personal injury case. Both instances, I must say, I was very happy with the outcome. They have always maintained constant contact with me, and more importantly, my well-being. Andre and his staff had also taken it one step further, to try to take care of an unrelated legal issue to insure I get the most benefit out of my claim. Great team of lawyers and paralegals!

I contacted Mr. Lagomarsino's office on a civil matter and couldn't get past his secretary. That was by phone, he did eventually reply by email stating that his case load was heavy at the moment and all that. I get it though and this is not meant to be a negative review just that I would have appreciated it if at least his office would have done what they promise they do which is that your case gets a review by a paralegal who then determines if it is the kind of case Mr. Lagomarsino would handle. Well after some research I determined that this case would definitely be within the scope of what he specializes in, that's why I contacted him. Again though this is not a negative review since Mr. Lagomarsino will take on the big boys like metro so hats off to the man, just that promises he makes to potential clients should be kept.
