Angela Laidlaw was the arbitrator in a case where the defendant had not return my merchandise from where I was renting a place to store it. It was over 5 years before I filed a lawsuit and after Angela Laidlaw heard all of the testimony, Angela favored for the plaintiff based on the evidence and the testimony. The office personnel is always professional and is there to help answer any questions to help understand the complexity of the process and the procedures required to effectively satisfying the legal system.

I had a police report and a restraining order placed against me, and when the restraining order was dropped from the accuser not showing up to court, I was refunded my pre-consultation fee. Laidlaw gave me a sign of stability in a very stressful time.

Told me they could review a prenup in a 2 hour consult for 500$ then 15 minutes before our call (already paid for) calls to say they need $2,000 more to review and sign. Originally, they said it would be $500 and if they need more time it could be hourly. Not a good and honorable way to conduct business.
