Lakeside has assisted with a few of my closings in the past. This go round, we had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Jones. This may have been the best closing we've ever had. We had a tight timeline of a 14 day close. She was so thorough, responsive to myself, agents, and lender. She also took the time to additionally explain items during closing. Maybe the best experience we had was the prepared school packets for our children. This was an awesome, helpful touch, so we don't have to go digging for paperwork the school requests. I'd recommend Jennifer for any of our future real estate transactions for sure.
