Kelly is absolutely a thief! My sister and I knew that my mother had already set up a trust for us of which we have yet to get and it’s been 2 years! There was also the issue about the sale of a condo that my mother had of which Kelly was in charge of selling. It’s been 2 years and it hasn’t been sold yet. But Kelly is trying to tell us that the proceeds of the sale of the condo is going to be our trust?! The two are mutually exclusive! The trust has nothing to do with the condo sale! Of which we have yet to see money from either! She’s a shark! Very grimey!

Kelly did our estate planning and we could not be happier with her professionalism or her bubbly personality. We have recommended her to our family and our friends and they are all extremely pleased with her practice. I absolutely recommend Kelly Young, especially if a loved one passes intestate and has very complex assets. She came to our rescue and saved a lifetime of hard work from the auction block. We cannot thank her enough, and Cindy is also amazing! Kelly and her staff have been a Godsend to our family and to our sanity...losing a loved one is hard enough, but then when estate issues won’t even allow a second’s peace, it’s even worse. My experience with Kelly Young and her assistant Cindy Ball went very smooth during a difficult time. My dads death was the fall of 2019 just before COVID hit our community. Given a lot of offices had decrease staff and things were harder to get done everything was still held in a timely and efficient manner. The entire office at Lane and Young were available to make sure I had all the help that was needed with the estate. I was so pleased I later had a legal issue I needed assistance with and called Cindy and she assisted me in taking care of it. I would recommend there services highly. My dad chose the group before his death with organizing his estate and he was such a wonderful business man I knew he made a good decision. Angie Weaver

Very bad experience with Kelly Young as an estate attorney and very shady! I DO NOT recommend her. It is five years later and my dads estate is STILL not closed. Kelly hasn’t even cared enough to contact us back to even TRY to close this estate. She does not care about anything but her payment and that is very clear, seeing as how nothing at all has been done in the last year to finish out my dads estate. Her assistant Cindy is also very rude and almost impossible to talk to about anything that has to do with case. Very very bad deal! If you have an estate to deal with DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! You will end up broke with MANY unanswered questions!! And an estate that will stay open for YEARS even after your loved one is gone.
