Lanier Law Firm was amazing for us! We were closing on our home and needed an easement a building that was partially on our neighbor's land. They helped explain what we needed on our survey. Once this was completed, they were very quick to draw up the easement and even helped with getting it to our neighbor to sign. Excellent communication and business!

Charging me to sign paperwork at a different time then the buyer. No law firm has ever made me pay a fee for this. Do not recommend using this firm as others do not charge.

Attempted to work out a seller finance transaction and my buyer and they where being “represented” by Jacqui we attempted resolve there questions but never where able to get Jacqui on the phone. She was also very poor on communication via email and now my buyer doesn’t have a place to call his forever home and will continue to rent. If you are a real estate investor and anyone you’re working with is being represented by this law firm just save your time and move this attorney office is a deal killer who won’t even have the time to talk to you.

This law firm was absolutely amazing to work with! They were extremely flexible when our other closing was pushed back due to the buyer of our other house not being ready to close on our original closing date, they bent over backwards to accommodate us and did it with a pleasant attitude and a smile on their face. They responded quickly to emails and were a pleasure to work with. The office is also very comfortable and stylish!
