This was my first car accident ever! I was oblivious to the process so I went to them and they retained me as a client. In addition, provided me with a recommendation for medical assistance with a Physical Therapist location who didn’t even accept my health insurance. Brandi initially made it seem like I had a good case. I wasn’t comfortable with certain aspects of the medical services the place they recommended provided, so I chose to split the care between the location they recommended and the place I originally go to and trust. After the medical services were complete, but before the bills had been submitted, the claim was “supposedly” denied by the car insurance company. Something about “minimum impact found and no list of damage” - which can easily be disputed in court. Knowing there was a possibility the insurance company was gonna push back, they instead decided to withdraw from my case and left me with medical bills. So Beware! Only a second star because they were responsive throughout the entire process…. I went to them for assistance but instead left with problems. I guess if your friends can’t make enough money off of my misfortune then what use am I to you? No regrets for protecting myself because only I know my situation! Follow up: Just wow to this firm’s response. Who’s responsible for writing this response on behalf of the firm? Is this even logical or appropriate? I would have been fine with just having my car fixed and continuing my treatment through my medical insurance. I didn’t care about the claim - I was just lost about the process - until you all tricked me into accumulating medical bills. Not to mention, most of what you’ve said here is untrue! Just, wow. You are attempting to entice emotions I don’t even have regarding the accident. Dramatic much?

I can' not say enough nice things about this firm! As someone else put it, you feel like a friend or family when you work with them. They take on your concerns, fears, anxiety as if it is their own and really put me at ease with their professionalism. They are always direct when managing expectations and are forthcoming with information. Mr. Barrera and Brandy's assistance have exceeded my expectations and those of everyone I have referred to their firm. Keep up the good work!
