Terrible experience. Charged almost $100 for a speeding ticket and then sent me an email (which I could have EASILY missed) saying I had to pay the FULL amount of the ticket over $250. They are scam artists. DO NOT HIRE.
Worst experience. It's funny I got the exactly same experience that the other comment below: I never received any other message of them after payment. I had to babysit this office all the time asking for the status of my case month to month. They never sent any sms, email or document by itself in order to pay the court fees (at least) for my traffic ticket. I have to do all the follow up since the beginning and after my last message asking for the status of my case one more time (and just 2 weeks before the due date), they just sent me a Broward county link without any extra information or advise on how to pay the fine. I felt completely alone and lost in the whole process! Don't spend your money with them!
