Update as of August 2024, I no longer recommend this attorney and I should have read the other bad reviews about him on other review websites to fire him sooner. He failed to communicate on a reasonable time span since hired him in October 2020. He and his staff members fail to reply to emails through the entire time that leads up to not continue his representation for a new application for benefits. James Langton never had me appear in court nor sent me copies of all court papers and evidence being presented to the judge through the years of representing me in appeal for disability benefits. In addition, his paralegal staff fail to call me back on my inquiries many times and fail to give detailed reasons for delays in the judge giving a ruling in my appeal. James Langton failed to call me in a timely manner about the judge ruling of denial of benefits but chose to deceive me by giving the impression that he just received a ruling. However, I discovered through researching online my case to find that the judge ruled on my case several weeks ago. All what I have experienced is the same things his other former clients complained in his and his staff performance. People do yourself a favor and don't trust any attorney but put your trust in God to help you. Ask him to help you in studying cases and laws to prove your case. I believe the Jesus Christ is showing me to trust in him to guide me and show me to rely on him to see me through to attain justice. This world is full of corrupt people. ----------------------------------------- The attorney is very patient and explains the procedures in social security hearings very well. He preps you prior to hearing and explains what to expect from the judge. As for the clerks in his office, there is need of improvement as far as returning your call to them. Other than that, it's a moderately performing legal firm.

Social security kicked my son off when he turned 18 and found out they shouldn't have due to him being in school til he was 21 now they owe him 3 years of back payments. They are very nice and take there time with helping. I would highly recommend them.

They happen to be my attorneys an . Well Mr Langton is on my case of getting my SSI/SSD REINSTATED after leaving njdoc. Well after 3 years instead of reinstatement I was denied not even supplimentry SSI SSD to keep us from loosing home! I'm awaiting Mr Langton to return my call to let me know ower strategy for reinstatement since I've liver damage,Hep,C degenerative spine desiase and right knee deformed from operations that only made WORSE, Have torn A,C,L an Maniacs in right knee, Spine now fused in places an I've not had a back surgery! From lack of movement!!!!!! So GOD ???? I BEG THAT THE SYSTEM FOR ONCE DOES ITS JOB FOR ME AN MY FAMILY ????????????, Thank you,Mr,R,La Rocque...
