After my accident involving me and my son I called Lainer law group and Shea gladly took mine and my sons case! She helped me get a rental car when my insurance wouldn’t so I could get around with my 3 children, anytime I had a question she always answered the phone willing to help no matter what it was about! She made sure that me and my son was well taken care of and she gave me great service and made it easy for me to deal with! If I ever needed them I will be going back.

I started working with Lanier Law Group in 2020 on my Social Security Disability case. They from start to finish were awesome. My case manager Janet Hanks and attorney, Ashley Sappenfield were always available to answer all my questions and I did not feel like I was bothering them no matter how simple or complex my questions were. They kept meticulous information and paperwork and when Social Security said they did not receive something from me they were right there to provide anything no matter how many times social security asked for the same thing over & over. I did not have to do much but sit back and let them handle whatever was needed. My case took too long (2 years) and if I did not have Janet and Ashley My case would still not be approved. I would recommend Lanier to anyone to get the job done and approved. They will not take a case just to take it. They allowed me to worry about my health while they handled all the legal matters. My case was a “slam dunk” case, but it still took a long time to get approved. I did not feel like I was just another client I felt like we were a team and a family. I felt like my case was the most important case they had even though I knew they had many cases. We finally got the case approved this year. Janet called me personally To let me know it was finally approved and I got the feeling she and my attorney Ashley were truly happy for me. Do not go to another firm with your case, who promise the world and do not see it to completion and do not think another firms would have worked as hard as they did on my case. Lanier Law Group will always be the choice for me and all my family members to handle any cases of this type and other legal services they provide. They went above and beyond to make sure my case was approved. I would give them 10 stars If I could, but they are better than 5 star scale. AGAIN DO NOT TRUST YOUR INCOME AND YOUR CASE BY NOT GOING WITH LANIER LAW. They even went as far to contact my Congressman to assist if needed due to the length of time my case was in the Social Security office. My case only took 2 years because of Social Security not my legal team. Thank you Janet, Ashley, the staff and Lisa Lanier for providing me with a great experience.

I highly recommend LLG, especially Attorney Sappenfield. She was able to explain complicated processes very clearly and had several long meetings with me regarding my case, and also several meetings over the phone before I was even a client. She was very informative, compassionate, and genuinely desired to help me, which was very uplifting. Her willingness to dig into the details was meaningful and took extra effort for my complex case. Kim, a paralegal, also spent countless hours gathering data for me and was very thorough and patient in her efforts. I don’t yet know the outcome of my case, but I rest assured that LLG did everything they could to get a positive outcome and could not have done anything more!
