The Lapham folks successfully got my case settled! They were easy to work with and I received a better settlement than I had expected! Thanks to everyone who helped.

I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with Joe and Gretchen Lapham at some of the various community outreach events. I find them to be driven and generous especially when it comes to their clients. The best thing you can do is to have Lapham in your corner fighting for you.

I have to admit, I didn't contact Joe for happy reasons. I imagine few people do. I was not in a good mood and I was frustrated that I needed an attorney at all. I say all of this because it shows how significantly he turned things around for me. He made the entire process (I'm certain) as simple and unthreatening as could be. He was endlessly patient and always on top of the situation. It was resolved to my satisfaction, which is obviously a good thing. But on top of that he (and his fantastic assistant Natalie) were great to work with. That's what means something to me. I imagine a number of lawyers can get the job done. I don't imagine many of them do it with the level of service Joe provided.
