Matthew McBride Misrepresented evidence in court and abused the legal system to harass me after writing a bar complaint against him. I then found that Lashly & Baer has been misrepresenting their law firm as having at least one attorney that is an active member of the CLLA (Commercial Law League of America). I was informed by the CLLA that no one from Lashly & Baer is a member of the CLLA. They have since changed the wording on their website but who knows how long they misrepresented themselves. CLLA is a prestigious organization and the practices that Matthew McBride used against me are not only a violation of their code of ethics but seriously frowned upon. I suggest doing a google search for 'Matthew McBride Lashly & Baer' and then clicking on "images" to look at the picture evidence against Matthew McBride and Lashly & Baer. nnAttorney's can get their clients in trouble for this sort of thing. There are countless honest law firms around. I suggest shopping around a bit more.
