I called the office during the yellow phase no one answered left a message and Charbel did return my call. When I answered he talked to me about my husband's immigration so he told me what I needed to bring to him to get started and he asked me to make an appointment on the following Monday (green phase). I did when I got there there was a fee of $150. to repeat what he had already told me on the phone the only thing I learned was to bring pics of when I was there the more they can see us together the better. He didn't want to take all of my documents I was asked to bring another $3,500 he didn't see So I went back to MCRC according to him he's always cleaning their messes. Well Anna Mashika an immigrant herself took all of my things and now I'm getting mail from the immigration office.
