Dr. Moses and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Moses is kind and compassionate and truly listens to your dental concerns. Patty and Keara work with him to make you feel so comfortable. I am the type (as most of us are) who feels such stress just being in the dental chair, so am much appreciative of their kindness. The front staff that includes Heather and her crew are also so caring. This is a super busy office and they still take the time to answer your questions. As we know insurance can always be a challenge lol, they are there to help navigate. I definitely recommend Family Dental Care for all your oral health needs.

Was getting some teeth pulled. During exam several people were called in to come make fun of my dental situation. Got left on the table for an hour having a panic attack. Was told last second they had no gas and doctor was very rough with me. "We cater to cowards" is an absolute lie and this business is the reason people are afraid of going to the dentist.

I’m a huge baby when it comes to getting shots and any kind of doctor or dentist but everyone here has been so patience with me and all the staff and extremely nice and gentle. Best dentist I’ve ever been with!

This dentist office is quite small and pretty crowded. my sons appointment was at 2 PM so We arrived at 1:50 in case there were papers That needed to be filled out. We proceeded to sit in the waiting room until 2:35 PM. During this time I watched the blonde front desk woman exude extremely rude behavior toward incoming patients. One woman asked that if she had any questions about the form she needed to fill out if she could ask the front desk woman, and the front desk woman proceeded to tell her that she shouldn’t have any questions to come and ask her because “the sheet is self-explanatory!”. I also watched her tell a gentleman and his daughter who also had a 2PM appointment that they needed to reschedule their appointment because they arrived at 2:20 PM. At this time my son and I were were still waiting so I was confused as to why she couldn’t just have them sit and wait like the rest of the people who had 2 PM appointments there. Once we were at the appointment scheduling desk at the end of the appointment all she said was “Name?” In which I responded “my name or the patient’s name” (my son being the patient) and she rudely responded with an attitude-like tone “the patient!” This was a very disheartening experience being that this is my son‘s very first dentist appointment! The rest of the staff was great but we will not ever be coming back here!!!

I called today to schedule and appointment for my grandson’s dental cleaning, new patient. When I shared that my grandson’s had Medicaid/Caresource the individual on the phone, her whole attitude changed, her tone of voice… very disrespectful. I am not going to subject myself or my grandson’s to that!! Whomever answers your phone is your business’ first impression….
