This guy is amazing! Every single question I have had, and let me tell you I am one of those people that asks tons of questions, he has answered every single one of them. I’ve never had to wait longer than maybe an hour to receive some sort of call back or response, usually it’s always a call back. Buying a house is one of the most nerve wrecking processes to go through. And being someone who wants to know exactly what is going on, it is very hard to trust that someone will be capable of doing their job the way that they advertise that they can. Which is where the questions come in, I am constantly on top of people making sure that everything is exactly the way that it should be, except for this attorney. The only questions that I’ve had for him are basically follow up questions due to other circumstances. When it comes to this attorney, I am completely hands off! I trust this person to handle business that affects me. Every time I have talk to this person there has been nothing but resolutions and positive conversations. He was recommended to me. I am highly recommending him to everyone I know who is ever going to buy a house. So if you are actually reading this review, hire the guy.

Matt Laufer is the BEST real estate attorney. Personal attention, listens to your concerns, talks you off the ledge when you're going through the ridiculously stressful buying and selling processes. He's a calming presence amongst the chaos. On top of all that he's extremely competent and on top of your case. He has a great team as well and they work together to close your house and make things as easy as possible on you.
