I felt relaxed at my first meeting with Mr. Rubel. He was attentive and invited me to tell him what was going on. Advised him that I was having a landlord/tenant issue. He explained the law as it related to that matter. He was very thorough and throughout the process, I found him to be knowledgeable, compassionate, considerate, patient, candid, honest and very caring.
