I hired Blandon for my immigration case. It was absolutely one of the worst decision I ever made in my life. Probably I was deceived by the reviews online. She totally mishandled my case. I think I would have been better off filing my immigration petition myself instead of retaining her disastrous service. She even failed to fill in a form accurately. In the middle of the case, after I complained about her ineffective and disastrous representation, she withdrew from the representation and refused to refund my money. I FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST HER FOR LEGAL MALPRACTICE, THE BREACH OF THE RETAINER AGREEMENT AND THE BREACH OF THE FIDUCIARY DUTY. THE LAWSUIT IS CURRENTLY PENDING AGAINST HER AT BROWARD COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT. I really believe she is a disaster as an attorney. Between choosing her as an attorney and filing the petition yourself, I recommend you the latter, unless you can afford to sue her like me. I sued her because she needs it. See attached
