Definitely wouldn't recommend. I regret hiring this man as my husband's lawyer. I paid 1500 down and paid a few 400 dollar payments after that. He did absolutely nothing to help my husbands case. He presented my husband with a worse plea deal than the public defender did and when my husband didnt want to accept it Mr.Warder walked into court the next day and told the judge he no longer wanted to represent my husband. The whole point of hiring this man was to represent in court and he didnt even do that. I asked for a refund but he denied it. Now I feel like I just gave away all my money to them for nothing. Im out a couple thousand dollars and I still have to hire a new lawyer to take on my husbands case. Such an awful experience. Thanks for nothing Mr.Warder!
