Excellent Attorney and Staff. He is honest, sincere and level headed. He is not a cut throat or frothing at the mouth type of Attorney, he does not have to be. He knows and uses the law. He has been our Attorney for several years and he is on time and thorough. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Richard, LaNell and Cindy.

Got my issue resolved with the initial meeting of 1hr, 1.5hrs with him and his associate meeting to discuss, he then sent an email to the other attorney demanding settlement or lawsuit. 2 weeks later recieved email accepting settlement, drafted letter, sent to opposite counsel, recieved letter back, I signed letter, letter mailed back to opposite council, issue removed and settled. went to office to pickup letter, spoke to Mr. Lewis at desk, already paid 550 and got new invoice in dec for additional 540. called to make payment was told it's now over 700 dollars.. apparently Mr. Lewis believes he can charge just to answer a quick 1 minute question at the reception desk. Be very cautious, he is greedy with his time but he is affective in his job. would not use again but that is only due to his temperament and his costs.

Richard is a good honest man that i have had the pleasure knowing for years.
