Called to make an appointment for a consultation and instead got an ear full about why my case wasn’t worth going to court for by the secretary/paralegal whoever answers the phone. I called a different firm and instead of telling me what I couldn’t do they explain what they could do and what steps could be taken to settle/mediate my concerns through them. feel like all I heard was why this firm couldn’t help me instead of actually talking to a lawyer and going through options. The only option should never be to do nothing. I suggest when the next person calls for a consultation they actually get a lawyers opinion.

Well i have had my ups and downs with this lawyer. I have to say that my first opinion of her stands. I received a email from her stating that my case was done. It wasn't though, my child mom still coukd of constested the ruling. So when i recived the email i respond back with well what happens when if she contests if you closing my case. She responded and then charges me a $100 for that. Like really. Lol.. i have other issues but truly i just glad it all over. My son is safe and doing really well that all that matters. I being sued now because i wanted to ask her why I was charged this 100 but haven't made it down there to talk but i just going to pay it and put the whole experience behind me and move on with our life.
