If I could give zero, I WOULD. VERY RUDE AND SEEM AS IF SHE'S HAVING A MENTAL BREAKDOWN. She basically made a situation that really wasn't a problem. VERY PSYCHOTIC. I accepted her saying she didn't have my relative as a client and she WENT THE HECK OFF instead of just letting me gracefully hang up. I literally had to hang up on her because she was ignitioning a argument. Seek help lady.
