Law in the Public Interest

Called with a friend who is a former foster child who experienced horrors in Arizona’s foster care system. Was told that this organization doesn’t “sue for damages” in a snarky tone by a staff member. God forbid foster kids get a voice and are compensated for years of abuse. Very interesting considering their website boasts “helping” foster children. Collecting hundreds of thousands in donations while peddling yourself as an organization that seeks to help former foster kids isn’t exactly in anyones public interest. If you’re a donor: please reconsider before donating. Donate to children in the foster care system directly instead of paying these people to disrespect and degrade children.
