I was referred to Dr Reddy's office by a Medical Advisor, I had been told I was referred to Dr Reddy's office by a Medical Advisor, I had been told that Dr Reddy cares about his patients and is very helpful. I was enthusiastic because I had hoped to find a physician that could help me through this difficult process. Upon reviewing Dr Reddy's web page, the first statement includes how caring, skilled and helpful the staff is. Unfortunately, that could not be further from the truth. Although I haven't been graced with any time or attention from Dr Reddy my appointments were with Allie Brodhead. Allie is a Nurse Practitioner with an unapproachable, unwelcoming demeanor. I have had 4 visits with Allie which initially, I was told of their plan of action in requesting services to help manage the pain due to a spine injury. Allie seems to work on an undisclosed clock that allows approximately 10 to 15 minutes of time. Questions outside of Allie's standard responses are unwelcomed from the lack of patience Allie displays in her expressions. Each visit after was a complete waste of time and money, I was told from that point on the request Allie allegedly submitted for approval were either not approved or no response had been received. The most recent visit is when Allie informed me there is nothing they can do for me, all requests were declined and I am required to continue to make appointments due to an open case. To make matters less favorable, Carey, a Physical Therapist I had an unfortunate encounter with at Capital Physical Therapy is an employee of Dr Reddy. Carey was referred to me for functional restoration, Carey was engaging and energetic although has more of the personality of a back lot car salesmen. I believed in what he promised however was not given his attention due to the pending approval of my treatment. I learned that the approval had been provided upon my first week at the office. Carey provided a dishonest report stating how he personally had provided me with time and attention throughout the weeks of visits I had attended. I was not given an individual plan until the last week of my attendance. When confronted in regard to the unacceptable report, Carey denied what he had written and placed blame with the company he submitted his statement. Carey decided to confront my husband in Dr Reddy's lobby with this issue, and issue that had no association to Dr Reddy's office. Carey was aggressive, accusatory and contentious. The un-professionalism Carey displayed was appalling and so distracting that the receptionist trying to assign my next appointment could not focus on the task. During my most recent visit with Allie, I attempted to discuss the un-professionalism displayed by Carey since Allie is my only point of contact. Allie's response was condescending, defensive and again unwelcoming. Allie clearly did not want to help me with any resolution or provide any direction of how to report this experience. Allie's repeated eye rolls during the conversation was a clear message of her disdain and lack of professionalism. The receptionists are friendly and helpful however, beyond that, the staff I have had the unfortunate experience to encounter prove Dr Reddy's company ethics to be false.

In May 2014, I was rear ended on my way home from work. I knew early on that physically, there was something wrong. As the primary earner for my family, my greatest concern was getting the right care from a medical professional that specialized in injuries to the back so that I could continue working to support my family. When the care from my primary care physician fell quite short in providing the specialized care that I needed, I quickly switched to seeing P.A. Patricia McCarthy. From the beginning, Patricia was amazingly kind, understanding and totally committed to finding ways to mitigate and manage my pain. Then, in October 2015, I was rear ended on my way to work. A second rear ender? Really? I couldn't believe it. It was unfathomable; I was absolutely frazzled and flabbergasted. But yet again, Patricia was instrumental in helping me with different options for my treatment. We tried physical therapy, injections, different medications, etc. After two years and having to endure constant doctors appointments, a battery of tests, constantly getting prescriptions filled and finally the process of having titanium rods hammered in to my hip/SI joint, Priscilla specifically, has been and continues to be incredibly effective at ensuring that I always received the care that I've needed. What I appreciate the most from Patricia is the dialogue that we have at each of my monthly appointments. Patricia is completely authentic in her commitment to fair, thorough and effective patient care. These accidents have changed my life and have limited my physical abilities. The impact to me impacts my family but I cannot imagine having to manage this ridiculous situation without the support and genuine care from the team at Spine and Nerve Diagnostic Center (specifically Becky at the front desk, Dr. Reddy and most importantly, Patricia McCarthy).
