Levi's is a fully offshored shell of the company it used to be. It makes nothing in the US. It offshores its customer service to places with poor connectivity (can barely hear them) and with poor English skills (can't really understand them). They hide behind rigid return and exchange policies that are intended to make all purchases final. They destroyed the loyalty of this lifetime customer. I will not be shopping with them ever again.
Just bought these levi 501 jeans off ebay I'm wondering if these jeans are genuine levi anyway of finding out as I have bought levi like this before and they have knot lasted long so I'm unsure if these are genuine. I'm trying to contact levi in the USA but know joy.
I'm 60 years old and I've worn Levi Jean's and jackets most of my life. I've tried on other Jean's people have bought me, but that's as far as they got. I've always went straight back to my Levi's. I'm going to buy a new sherpa jacket for the colder months here in Scotland. Hopefully someday I will be able to go to San Francisco and buy from Levi HQ
no longer made in America! they manufacture everything in other countries! this company makes millions of profit a year but refuses to make stuff in the usa! buy USA made and stop supporting other countries and sending our money to other countries!
Can't contact headquarters to ask why 560 loose fit were discontinued. !? They seem to be too automated / busy bragging about the great product . Find me four pair in black size 48/32. !!! K ?
