i was hit by a drunk driver! i had witnesses! the officer gave the drunk a ticket for running a red light! the witnesses told officer i had a green light! and the drunk had a red. sad to know doto never looked to see that there was a witness, nor that the driver who ran the red was drunk. blood alcohol and a subpoena was sent to me about the drunk driver. not even my lawyer did as i asked to fight a ticket i was given as the officer lied on the report. no one cared about me. not nationwide not my lawyer and not the officers. who came two hours later after the accident. not even sudden auto body. no one. cop told witness they were being paid. and investagion seems to me should have been for the officer to request the witnesss to go and file a report at the police department. the cop wanted to arrest me for telling him if i have a green light and the other person has a red why are you sighing me ? i have the video. and the witness statement. the lawyer went after the money from insurance company but i lost my car my dads lift and his scooter. for shame on a nation under god. this is my second time being the victim of a drunk driver.
