My first lawyer was losing my car accident case. I felt really bad and I talked to my doctor about what was happening. My doctor recommended me to Mr. Eric and everything changed after that. I went to Mr. Eric and he originally did not want to take my case because he had too many cases. He didn't think he could put the proper attention to my case. After some time and my doctors help in convincing Mr. Eric, he decided to accept my case. Eric quickly and aggressively filed a lawsuit against my first attorney and got me a $380,000 judgement for not doing his job right. They then were able to recover 1.2 million for bodily damage. After all of that, they filed another case because the guy who caused the accident was messing with me on text messages. I received $260,000 for that. The guy settled immediately because he was so scared of Mr. Eric. I just closed the escrow for a house in Malibu using the settlement funds. my life has changed thanks to Mr. Eric being aggressive against all those evil people.

Extremely rude and conceited. Was handling my case and it was a disaster. Doesn’t get back to you on time nor give time to listen to the clients. Settled my case 3 years ago with signed agreement to take care of all medical bills. Now after all these years I’m getting medical bills in the mail which they say Eric seuthe never paid a single dime to them! Don’t go there! Run!

This lawyer has my case dismissed and set th led out of court and never handed me my case settlement papers after everything settled I keept asking for them and he kept telling t hey were lost he didn't know what happned to them.

Horrible attorney only out for himself do not use this attorney anyone else would be better!
