The customer service is very bad, I tried to call the customer service, he was talking to me in a nervous tone, and there were also two transaction trackers before the lawyer. There is a lawyer before the lawyer speaks to me nervously and is inappropriate, and there is a woman who talks to me as if she does not want to work Even the lawyer, I want to reach him, knowing that I gave him my phone number several times by the employee, but it is useless I wanted to seek the help of a lawyer and file my case with him, but not anymore I never recommend the service. Thanks.not even one star .

Just received the approval on my case! Thanks to the great team, very attentive from day one and helpful throughout the whole process even though i live thousands of miles away. Couldn’t have asked for better. My mum and brother’s cases were approved as well. Special thanks to Hani, Nevin, Pinar and Maggie for being the best at what you do!

I don't know how they got these good reviews but please don't make the same mistake i did. Very unreasonable and he didn't care about our case. If he paid a little bit more attention to the paperwork we had we could've win the case. He showed up exactly 2 minutes before the appointment time and that's when he decided to review the paperwork that i had submitted to him almost two weeks before that day. Adding to that it takes forever for someone to reach bach to you.
