Joe was kind, direct, and helpful. The genleman outside of the courtroom who checks you in asked who my attorney was and when I told him, he said "Joe? Oh, he'll be here soon. He's always on time." And he meant it, because Joe walked up early and made a very heavy day a little lighter for me.
