Law Ofc Kyle J Farquhar

My son went to Mr. Farquhar to help with a custody case. This office is unprofessional with a rude receptionist. Questions couldn't be asked until retainer paid in full, then and only then he could almost never speak to the attorney only the paralegal, who by the way is not an attorney. Doesn't return calls, emails or text messages. Shows up late for court. This attorney has too much on his plate, so he can't devote much time to any one case. I give him zero stars, I won't recommend anyone to his office.

Worst, insensitive, unethical experience. I found this law firm for my boyfriend and because it had good review we went for a consultation. During the initial consultation, they promised pension plan, retirement alimony, and everything we were looking for..... no attempt to do what he said he would do after paying the 2100 retainer fee. He filed late, he was out sick and on vacation, never communicating adequately....it was such a mess! DO NOT HIRE this lawyer if you are looking for a professional and compassionate lawyer to fight for you rights!

The most unprofessional Law Firm I've ever experienced dealing with. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. His assistant Erika actually hung the phone up on me the day before my case and was exceptionally rude. I came to these people seeking counsel and all I got was....fill out the form and turn it in..

I regret hiring this attorney for my divorce! I found several grammar and punctuation errors in the drafted petition which I brought to his attention via email. I was charged for the email and for the corrections due. If you like paying for a sloppy job and paying for the corrections then this is the lawyer for you!

He had helped my boyfriend gain custody and did as much as he could to win the case.
