Had a below average experience. Mr kumar would pull you in as if he knows you personally and talks as if he’s doing us a favor while we paid for it, calls you at wrong appointment time and we have to fix our schedule for him. Response to any question he would transfer calls to his assistant as soon as we ask something regarding the immigration or suggestions. Never got a call back from his assistant as well.
