Short version: She treats people very badly and then immediately attacks them for feeling defensive, even if they don't complain. Incredibly snappy, brief, cut me off when speaking dozens of times with admonishments about how this was "just a screening call." Which was fine, and I tried to be brief. Ignored the points I was trying to make and repeatedly asked me to look up or find out a law statute that was broken - because apparently I was supposed to be my own lawyer. She reiterated something at the end and I interrupted to say I had already written it down. Suddenly she started shouting at me about how she's 64 and she can tell when someone's being short with her. She had said repeatedly how valuable her time was so I was literally just trying to save her time. I tried to explain that she had been very clear that I should be brief and to the point - and she starts laying in to me about how I'm getting a phone call for free and I should be happy for her advice whether or not I like it. I tried four times to clarify that I was LITERALLY just trying to follow her instructions and that I was trying to be brief and to the point because she had been very clear I should be brief. She kept escalating and offering to send me her procedures in writing. Don't go to this woman. She'll talk over you for 40 minutes and then scream at you if you aren't absolutely thrilled and over the moon with the treatment.
