They handled both the seller and the buyer. We were the buyer. Everything was a rush with the staff. Minimal conversations we were expected to know the home buying process in a different state. We were coming from out of town and told they don't close on Fridays. So we set it up for late Thursday to avoid using leave with our employers. Then a day or so before they pushed up the time and said now or in s few weeks! We never received keys to the house (one for a front door) and we never received a plat. When we asked for a plat, the one sent wasn't accepted by Horry County for permitting of our porch. nThe scheduling, the number of emails prior and the plat made us feel we did most of the work and we could be inconvenienced without concern on their part. I do believe WE were paying them but it sure didn't feel like they provided a service other than a name on forms of a member of the bar. Would not recommend to individuals home buyers.

One of the best Lawyers on the beach. Always puts her clients 1st. She made sure I understood everything fully during my case. Made it a smooth process. I definitely recommend this office.
