We hired Mr. Tibbedeaux through a third party under The Law Offices of David Chesley. I would not recommend going with either one. There was a lack of communication, improper counsel and misrepresentation. He was not capable of handling the case but was quick to take the money. Neither would provide an itemized receipt for services. Please do not put your trust into this attorney. I've talked to his secretary Elsa more than Mr. Tibbedeaux. He never returned calls or emails. We were only able to talk before or after court. If you need someone to fight for you he is definitely not the one.

Worst law office in Stockton, this guy has people take deals so he gets an easy check and doesn’t have to do any work. As you can see from his review he has been a no show at several clients court dates and is unorganized. Even needing to buff his reviews be giving himself five stars on goggle

I would like to recommend Scott Tibbedeaux as your estate planning attorney without reservation. Before I hired Scott, I was lamenting to friends about lazy attorneys who don’t provide you guidance or counseling for your estate planning. You hire them but they just tell you to put whatever you want in there and you don’t really know from a legal counsel standpoint if you’re making a good call. It is my belief that this is what you’re paying the attorney to do, counsel you. My friends recommended Scott. I went for my consultation and found him to be knowledgeable, experienced and motivated to help. This was a breath of fresh air from the previous lazy consultations. Scott gave me suggestions and counsel that went above and beyond. I proceeded to retain him for the estate preparation service and now I have quality documentation and peace of mind. Thanks Scott!
