From calling in to schedule the consultation to meeting with Mr.Raul, the whole experience was delightful. While I can't remember the name of the lady who scheduled my appointment, she was fantastic, very kind and respectful. I had made her aware that my case had a deadline and she did her best to schedule me in as soon as they could. Mr.Raul was of surpassing excellence. He was very kind and is very knowledgeable. He explained everything to my parents and I so clearly. We walked out of our consultation very satisfied.
