I want to take a moment to thank Justin and Lisa for all of their help. Lisa was definitely my rock When he came to this accident. I called. She was always there. If I left a message. She probably returned my phone call. Her kindness is in sir, mountable. Most of our conversations had nothing to do with my case. She was always communicative pleasant. I felt like I’ve known her for years.

As soon as I reached out to Big Al, the attorney Richard Klein reached out to me to get the process started. The office sent me to physical therapy. The physical therapists and everyone at that medical office was awesome. The treatments provided helped my lower back injury tremendously. Then I was connected to Sandra aka Sandy, who provided me with all the information I needed. When I had questions, Sandy responded by way of email or called me directly. Sandy also kept me updated on the process. Once Sandy completed the preliminaries, she referred me to Rachel. Rachel contacted me and a settlement was agreed upon. This attorney's office was courteous, efficient and results driven.

I had a generally positive experience with this law firm. The attorneys were knowledgeable and helpful, and when I did hear back from them, they provided great assistance. However, I did have an issue with one staff member, Dave. His attitude was unprofessional, and he seemed to be having a bad day. His tone was not only dismissive but also gave us inaccurate information. While this did affect my overall experience, I appreciated the support I received from the other team members.
