Rick Banks and his staff are nothing but First Class. I have used him as my attorney for a number of years. He and his staff are professional and make you feel comfortable in a time that is hard for you. Needing to hire an attorney isn't an easy thing to do. Going through a Divorce is such a hard thing and to open up your life to a stranger is even worse. He was there for me no matter how many times I reached out to him with questions or concerns. This is a waste to spend money on this guy :( we hired this guy to help us with our child support and they said of course we where paying to much and he needed &3500 down used almost all of it and when we went to court last week my child support went up not down:( he should of told me that was possible but instead he took our money U0001f4b0 and since the court date we have not even heard from him. I guess he knows he is wrong. I would never hire him for anything else.
