Incredibly rude and unprofessional. This woman lacks basic social skills and she is severely incompetent. Who mixes up SSI with Disability?

Put me off. Kept me in the dark for two years. Then day before hearing her son told me to wait 6 months and reapply. It appears she just takes really easy cases for the quick pay out. And keeps everyone else on hold or finds a way to run you off.

I called and I was given the name of another attorney because she was not taking any more cases! Then the attorney they referred me to was out on maternity leave. Thanks for nothing

If I could give her zero, I would. An hour of my life well-wasted; the intake girl I spoke with was very polite and patient with me, took everything in on the computer, and told me I should hear back within 24 to 48 hours from the lawyer. Exactly one hour after I hang up with her, I get a call back saying Rosemary could not take my case...no official explanation or reason as to why. The only thing she was interested in doing was passing me off to the Greater Bakersfield Legal Assistance people, who are NOT helpful at all--I already dealt with them on a previous issue, and I know they do not assist people with SSI-related cases. Fine by me that she wasn't interested: from the other two reviews I read, I heard she was not only rude, but didn't seem to really care about her clients, she just wanted an easy payout from them instead. DO NOT waste your time with this one.

They did their job and got me my SSI on the first try when my last attorney failed 3 times. I highly recommend them.
