Never on time to court/trial never answer calls for clients who already have paid. You have to hound them for any type of response. Talks to clients in condensending tone. There are so many other options, this firm is about quantity not quality, do not waste your money.

I don't recommend anyone to contact Luis Diaz. I have been trying to contact him for a case and he never calls back and doesn't answer your messages. He's not a responsible lawyer. Every time I called he was out of town and never told me if he would take the case or not. If I can give him 0 stars I would don't hire this lawyer go somewhere else.
