Lazy. She just sat there telling me that I should write a letter to my employer that stole $20,000 from me when I transferred to a new job. I spent a lot of money for virtually nothing. She wouldn’t even write a letter to my employer on my behalf. She told me to do it myself.

I called several times to inquire about getting 2 Power of Attorneys. 1st time no one called me back. Second time employee quoted me an outrageous price, so I asked her to check with the attorney. Never heard back. If you're not interested in doing the work just say so.
