The insurance providers for the other folks involved tried to shortcut payment for my medical needs. Walter and his team simply called all of the providers involved, including mine. Outcome.. my medical needs were finally handled. The doctor he recommended was amazing. After all of my chiropractic care and spinal injections (eeee) yeah. Needed an MRI and spinal injections… everything was covered. That’s not what the offenders insurance was willing to cover…. He made that happen. Thank you!!!! First it took almost 2 years to get to the point of an accident to deposition. A small case with a lot on the line for me, they did nothing to help me. They never even saw me face to face in 2 years. At this point now the covid-19 pandemic was going on. First they had said they had paid for a bill of mine for the ambulance ride. This never got paid, so it hit my credit hard before I wanted to buy a house. I was very busy with work and got covid 19 so I had to delay the deposition 3 times due to the inconveniences of work changing schedules a lot. I work for a government utility company and worked as an essential worker. They thanked me for this by dropping my case as well. Thanks for this. They did not call during the 2 years to see how I was doing or check up on my mental health about the accident, only sent me and had my insurance pay for me to go to their choice of a doctor who spent 2 to 3 minutes with me after they put heat on me. I will never go to them again. I would never tell anyone to go to them. They gave up on an essential worker after they made me wait 2 years.
