Horrible customer service all we wanted to do was check on how to pay them online and get info on all the payments we have made to them for years and never late. The lady could care less about collecting money for her company, which I'm sure is her job to do. Instead she wanted to be a telephone tough guy for no reason. If somebody is trying to get info on a account that is being paid and wants to pay it off maybe the person working for that company should help. She didn't even ask us for a payment or if we would like to pay it off. I hope the owner of the company listens to the phone log from 10/09/20 945 am ish.

Jennifer Powers is the poorest talent that I have ever worked with as a Quality Assurance Manager at Cantor Colburn and I recommend that you don't support her or the Docketing Group Management at Cantor Colburn as a leader or employees. They mostly contributed nothing and killed your career permanently.

Called to work out a payment plan for a $700 debt. The agent was extremely rude and unwilling to work with something I could afford. I am currently paying off 4 other debts through law offices and all previous experiences with other practices have been positive and actually pleasant. This place is actually my first terrible experience with a debt collector. Congratulations. See ya in court where I will make an arrangement I can afford anyway. ???????????????

Liars and thieves. Ms. Copeland (she refused to give me her first name) led me to believe I would be able to resolve my account before money was taken out of my bank account which ended up being untrue. The amount they took ended up being more than the amount owed and when I called to inquire a female staff member told me there was nothing they would do and to take it up with the court. Incredibly unhelpful. It’s disappointing they would use tactics to mislead you just so they can take your money, especially before the holidays coming up. They truly should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

There website is excellent for letting you use your checking account, debit or credit card to pay on bills owed. Also, very informative about their history, and great information on each of the attorneys that work there.
